Terms of Service
By booking an appointment with Cole’s Barbers, C S Hair and Beauty, you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked online or in person.
- A deposit may be required for certain services.
- You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or SMS.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments.
3. Payments
- We accept cash, card, and online payments.
- Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Personal Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate behavior.
