By booking an appointment with Cole’s Barbers, you agree to the following terms:

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be booked online or in person at Coles Barbers. A deposit may be required for certain services. You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or SMS regarding your appointment policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance to adhere to our cancellation policy. No-shows may be required to pay in advance for future bookings. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments.

Payments

We accept cash, card, and online payments. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe or Teya pay.

Personal Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate behaviour.

Privacy

All customer information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
